Every TRILOKA piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We want you to love what you receive.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The size delivered does not match the size ordered.

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer while placing the order.
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns (unless received damaged or incorrect).

• Clear photos of the product and issue
• A brief description of the problem

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
